DESCRIPTION:Founded in 2022\, the South Texas Health System GME Consortium was developed to offer graduate medical education (GME) residency and fellowship opportunities to medical students throughout the world\, giving them a chance to receive specialized training in a medically underserved community.\n\n \n\nTo celebrate the accreditation of the consortium's Family Medicine residency program   the first of several programs to be launched through South Texas Health System   by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education\, South Texas Health System cordially invites you to a special program launch.\n\n \n\nPlease join us as we launch the Rio Grande Valley's largest GME program and prepare to help educate the next generation of physicians while providing much-needed access to healthcare to the communities we serve.\n\n \n\nLight snacks and refreshments will be served.\n\n\n\nHope to see you there!
