DESCRIPTION:Kicking off the Weslaco 100 celebration will be the Century Leader Luncheon from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Knapp Medical Center Conference Center. \n\nDr. Ray Perryman\, President and CEO of The Perryman Group\, will be the keynote speaker. The Weslaco Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is sponsoring Dr. Perryman's presentation as an entertaining and educational opportunity for community and business leaders.\n\nPerryman\, the unofficial Texas economist with a great sense of humor\, heads an economic research and analysis firm based in Waco. His firm has served the needs of more than 2\,000 clients ranging from major corporations to small startups and from local communities to the federal government.\n\n\nTracy Bullion chairs the committee planning and implementing the luncheon.
