Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a District Service Manager to join our healthcare services team in Weslaco, TX!




The primary focus of this position is to manage, direct, and develop all quality initiatives and aspects related to customer relations and service management. The ideal candidates will have route sales/route management or hospitality industry experience and at least 3 years of experience managing people.



RESPONSIBILITIES:


Hire, train, develop and coach Route Sales Drivers
Daily completion of all service routes and customer interactions
Route Logistics - Routing of Accounts
Daily merchandise control
Manage daily account functions: (audits, scrub counts, route reconciliations, truck maintenance logs, linen reconciliation, etc.)
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices
Manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream
Execute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route business
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


4 years' of route management experience, or hospitality management experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience
Clean driving record required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Great customer service skills
Ability to analyze sales opportunities and determine customer needs
Ability to develop route structure based on new accounts and expansion
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, with excellent follow up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, and organizational skills
High energy with the ability to multi-task
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


Ability to manage a route environment
Ability to train new hires as needed
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
