Full job description We are currently hiring for a Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to hospitality and will provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced team environment. The front desk agent is responsible for handling all incoming phone calls, greeting guests, answering questions, utilizing his or her knowledge of the facility to assist guests and ensuring that the general welfare of the guests is maintained at all times.
