Come by to taste mouthwatering Pan de Campo, Ranchero Beans, Ckicken, Beef Fajitas and Pork Spare Ribs. Where Cooking Teams from all over the Valley and South Texas compete for over $2000 in cash and prizes and bragging rights. Come by the Judging tent to sign up to be a judge for any of the events
