This month’s activity will be Mental Health Self-Care Bingo, focusing on helpful tips and practices that support emotional well-being. Each bingo card is filled with self-care ideas and techniques that can be used anytime, anywhere, whenever support is needed most.

Grieving the loss of a loved one is one of life’s most difficult experiences. Our bereavement support group offers comfort, connection, and a safe space for healing for those navigating this journey. Guided by compassionate bereavement counselors and supported by others who understand, we are proud to provide a welcoming bilingual space for our RGV community.
