We are looking for a skilled Delivery Check-in Clerk to join our Team! In this role you will work with delivery personnel at the end of shift to match payments to sales invoices, code product returns, bins product appropriately, and uploads route information.

Our Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Our Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with inventory control systems.
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all invoices and payments received according to policy.
  • Responsible for verifying all DSD sheets are collected and provided to other associated departments as required.
  • Update and maintain driver check-in documents.
  • Provide general support for warehouse front dock.
  • Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
  • Handles complaints related to shipments; notifies supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Prepares and manages new customer accounts and deactivates accounts as needed.
  • Responsible for entering customer orders and data, and managing customer issues.
  • Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
  • Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
  • Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.

Physical Requirements:

  • You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment.
  • The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours).
