Buzzed Bull Creamery in Weslaco, TX is looking for a part-time customer service representative to join our team. We are located on 529 S Texas- Weslaco, TX 78596. Our ideal candidate is friendly, self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
1. Greet customers and take orders for ice cream products.
2. Make ice cream, shakes, cookies, and other products.
3. Stock freezer cases with ice cream products.
4. Operate a cash register to accurately ring up sales.
5. Keep the work area clean and organized.
6. Provide excellent customer service.
7. Handle customer complaints or questions in a professional manner.
8. Assist customers in selecting the right ice cream flavors and sizes.
9. Answer customer inquiries about flavors, ingredients, and prices.
10. Suggest additional items for customers to purchase.
Qualifications
1. Good customer service skills
2. Knowledge of ice cream flavors
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to handle money accurately
5. Ability to use a point of sale system
6. Ability to keep workspace clean and organized
7. Ability to maintain a friendly, professional appearance
8. Ability to lift heavy objects
9. Ability to follow company policies and procedures
10. Must have Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
