Front Desk Agent

Full job description
We are currently hiring for a Front Desk Agent. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to hospitality and will provide world-class customer service in a fast-paced team environment. The front desk agent is responsible for handling all incoming phone calls, greeting guests, answering questions, utilizing his or her knowledge of the facility to assist guests and ensuring that the general welfare of the guests is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
Answer questions regarding rates and services.
Answer questions regarding current information.
Answer questions regarding location of local sites.
Provide customer with requested information.
Resolve customer concerns.
Offer assistance to customers with problems and complaints.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.25 - $10.00 per hour
