Office Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and arranging logistics
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the company's order entry system
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members, providing support with calendar management, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in written communications
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
