Weslaco Chamber of Commerce Hosts 5th Annual Back-to-School Teacher Fair
WESLACO, TX — The Weslaco Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce its annual Back-to-School Teacher Fair, set to take place on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Knapp Medical Conference Center. This much-anticipated event is designed to support and celebrate Mid-Valley educators as they prepare for the upcoming school year.
This year’s Teacher Fair will bring together a variety of local businesses, educational organizations, and community members to provide resources, tools, and inspiration to our dedicated teachers. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a range of booths offering everything from classroom supplies to innovative teaching tools, all aimed at enhancing the educational experience for students and teachers alike.
“We’re thrilled to host this event again,” said Barbara Jean Garza, CEO at the Weslaco Chamber of Commerce. “We recognize the crucial role our educators play in shaping our future leaders and we want to help them start the year on a positive note!"
In addition to the vendor booths, the fair will feature networking opportunities, raffles, and giveaways, providing a fun and engaging atmosphere for all attendees.
